Suan Pakkad Palace

Currently closed for repair. This museum is a collection of traditional Thai houses showcasing art, antiques, and historical artifacts. The peaceful gardens and koi ponds offer a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

To get there, take the BTS Skytrain to Phaya Thai Station, then a short walk to Sri Ayutthaya Road.

Victory Monument

Victory Monument is a historical landmark and transportation hub in Bangkok. It's surrounded by numerous street food vendors and shopping options, making it a popular meeting point for locals and tourists.

Phayathai Palace

Phaya Thai Palace is one of Bangkok’s quieter historic treasures that is inside the grounds of the Phramongkutklao Hospital on Ratchawithi Road. It is actually in the Ratchawithi district but close to Pratunam and not far from Victory Monument.

The palace is best known for its European influenced design and its distinctive red conical tower.

It was originally built during the reign of King Rama V and later became closely associated with King Rama VI, who expanded and reshaped the complex.
