The MBK Skywalk is the overhead walkway that joins the Siam Interchange and the National Stadium BTS stations. The central circular walkway between the stations gives you direct overhead access to the MBK center, Siam Discovery, and stairs down to Bangkok Art & Cultural Center entrance.

The walkway also provides easy access to other shopping complexes and street level access to either side without ever having to negotiate traffic on the street.
The vehicle traffic is at street level, the skywalk is above the traffic and the BTS Skytrain lines run above the walkway.
